Superior Carpet Cleaning
How is our carpet cleaning different from steam cleaning or carpet shampooers? It’s because Arevalo Bros Chem-Dry uses no chemicals and no soap for a deeper, longer-lasting clean.
We rely on The Natural®, the proprietary cleaning agent from Chem-Dry. The Natural® utilizes “the power of carbonation” to lift deep dirt and bacteria from within carpet fibers to the surface.
Our customers love The Natural®, especially families and pet owners! That’s because The Natural® is chemical-free, green-certified and 100% safe for pets.
After The Natural® exposes the dirt and contaminants, our Hot Carbonating Extraction (HCE) carpet cleaning extracts all of the particles and toxins and transfers them to our disposal tanks via heated suction and industrial hoses.
Our entire carpet cleaning service requires no more than one or two hours (depending the total square feet) and afterwards the carpet is dry in only a couple of hours. How does it dry so fast? Because Arevalo Bros Chem-Dry uses 80% less water than steam cleaning!

The Village of Arlington Heights was once known for the market gardens which supplied fruits and vegetables directly to the businesses in Chicago. In a century of development, this Chicago suburb turned into a small thriving town and got incorporated as a Village.
Arlington Heights has the largest population of any village in the country. The prosperity of our community can be attributed to the railway network connecting the area to Chicago. It was one of the earliest commuter suburbs where people settled because of the easy distance to their work in the city.
The Metra Line provides easy commute between Illinois, Harvard, and Chicago. Arlington Heights has two stations and a proposed third is in the works. With I-90 and Illinois Route 53 running just outside the Village, the community has excellent road routes to the surrounding suburbs and Chicago. The O’Hare International Airport is within short driving distance of the Village.
Some of the major roads passing through Arlington Heights are Main Street, which cuts through the center of the Village, Palatine Road, Central Road, Campbell Street, Oakton Street, etc. The main Arlington Heights Road passes through Elk Grove Village in the south and ends in DuPage County. On the northern side, it connects to the Lake County.
With over 75,000 people living within its limits, Arlington Heights is almost a small city of mostly middle-aged residents. The Village provides robust educational resources to the young students attending one of the many schools operating under Arlington Heights School District 25 or the Township High School District 214. The public library has won national awards for the range and quality of books and journals it holds. 67% of the residents hold library cards to Arlington Heights Memorial Library. It has several programs to meets the needs of the citizens and is an active part of helping students gain life skills through volunteer work.
The Arlington Park Racetrack was established in the early 1900s, when the Village had been newly incorporated. A rich resident of the time, Harry D. Brown, had founded the racetrack and by the 1930 a few clubs had been built on the grounds. During race seasons, tourists flock to the area and the Village economy experiences a resultant boom.
In recent years, Arlington Heights has become a burgeoning center of commerce with local businesses increasing in size and new companies breaking ground every day. The Arlington Park and the Northwest Community Hospital are the two biggest employers in the area. Collectively they have almost 10% of the residents on their payroll.
The restaurant business has seen particular growth in the Business District and Downtown area of the Village. The boom has been so widespread that space is at a premium now in Arlington Heights.
The community is self-sufficient and active in supporting and enriching the Village through economic and social development. At the heart of it is the motto that all Villagers hold dear: Arlington Heights is a “city of good neighbors.”
Arevalo Bros Chem-Dry hopes to be a great neighbor to all residents and businesses of The Village of Arlington Heights and is proud to provide services safe for families in the area.
